Atender pacientes por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail.
Agendar e confirmar exames, além de orientar sobre os procedimentos.
Analisar pedidos médicos, realizar orçamentos e conferir documentos para garantir que tudo esteja correto.
Ensino médio completo ou superior cursando.
Boa digitação e habilidade com atendimento ao público.
Experiência em Call Center ou Telemarketing é um diferencial.
Disponibilidade para atuar das 7h às 13h ou das 13h às 19h, de segunda a sexta-feira, com sábados intercalados.
