- How do I create my account and my resume?Registration is free and has 2 steps. The account is ready immediately: there is no confirmation email to click.
- How do I update my resume?In My Resume, each section has an Edit or Add button and saves by itself. Companies see the new version.
- How do I change my name, phone number, or address?Name, date of birth, contact, and address are in My Resume > Personal Information. CPF cannot be changed through the site.
- How do I upload my resume file?Upload your resume in PDF, Word (.docx), or photo format. AI fills in the empty parts, and the file is sent along with your applications.
- How do I add or change my resume photo?Tap the photo in My Resume, choose or take a photo, adjust your face in the circle, and tap Save photo.
- How do I download my resume in PDF or Word?In My Resume, tap Download Resume, choose the template, and download in PDF or Word to edit.
- I am a person with a disability (PcD). How do I indicate this on my resume?Indicate your disability and medical report in My Resume. Exclusive PcD job openings only accept candidates who have their disability indicated.
- I updated my resume after applying. Does the company see the new version?Generally, yes: the company sees the resume as it is now. Answers and questionnaire attachments already sent do not change.
- Does Empregare charge candidates anything?Creating an account, having a resume, and applying is free. There are optional paid tools, like the full resume analysis report.
- I paid for a tool and it didn't unlockThe tool unlocks automatically when the payment is confirmed. Check the order status in Orders and Payments.
