I paid for a tool and it didn't unlock

The tool unlocks automatically when the payment is confirmed: for Pix, when the bank confirms; for card payments, when the bank approves, in a few seconds. You don't need to do anything else.

Check the order

1. Go to Settings > Orders and Credits > View.
2. In Orders and Payments, check the order status, payment method, and invoice.

Pix

• Pay the code from the order itself. The Pix code sent by email is valid for 1 day.
• If the order is still pending after payment, wait a few minutes and open the tool again.

Credits

If you bought a package, the credits stay in your account, do not expire, and there is no automatic charge.

Still not unlocked

Open a ticket on the support page with your payment receipt and account email.
