SPECIALIST IN CYBERSECURITY MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS

In this role, the pessoa Cybersecurity Manufacturing Operations Specialist acts as the regional reference for day-to-day cybersecurity operations across manufacturing plants in South America, working in close collaboration with Plant Cybersecurity Leaders and central cybersecurity functions. The position operates as an integrator between centralized protection services and shop-floor operational realities, ensuring secure and resilient manufacturing environments.

Main Activities:

• Support Plant Cybersecurity Leaders in operating, validating, and continuously improving cybersecurity protection platforms deployed in manufacturing plants;

• Coordinate and drive the regional vulnerability management cycle, including prioritization, remediation coordination, and KPI-based reporting;

• Prepare, coordinate, and support audit and compliance review activities, including findings analysis and remediation monitoring;

• Coordinate regional deployments, updates, and configuration changes of cybersecurity protection solutions, ensuring no impact on production processes;

• Act as the regional escalation point for cybersecurity operational issues and as the technical interface with central protection product teams;

• Maintain an up-to-date view of the regional cybersecurity posture, including asset coverage, vulnerabilities, patch compliance, and incident trends;

• Collaborate with plant maintenance, automation, IT teams, and external partners to translate central cybersecurity requirements into plant-level actions.
