Product Intern

About the role:

Your role would be to be the bridge between the tech team and the customer success and sales teams. You would identify gaps in our product, test regularly and follow the development sprints for our 2 products. You would also troubleshoot client issues and communicate with the team what is going on with our products.

Day-to-day activities:

• Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements, by mapping clients' needs and analyzing technological trends.
• Conduct testing for applications.
• Develop Test Cases
• Participate in identifying improvements and new functionalities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues
