The pessoa Specialist in Design will play a key role in creating and leading interior design proposals for complete vehicles and components, working closely with global and regional teams to deliver distinctive, brand-consistent and production-feasible solutions.

Main activities:

• Create and lead the development of interior design proposals for vehicles and components;

• Develop 2D sketches and 3D models to support design concepts;

• Define design strategies including product mission, benchmarks, design targets and form inspiration;

• Present and refine design concepts with cross-functional teams for approval;

• Collaborate with engineering and modeling teams to ensure production feasibility;

• Ensure design proposals are aligned with brand pillars, cost and timing constraints;

• Follow up clay models to validate design intent;

• Follow up 3D data to ensure consistency throughout development.
