About the role:
Our customer success team provides support and strategic advice for our clients in English. We are looking for someone to be part of our Customer Success team and ideally provide assistance over the phone, chat, and email. You would answer questions and help clients use our software. You would also reach out to our customers proactively.
As well as that you would work with our product owner to work on bugs and client feedback, and report to the head of the department.
Day-to-day activities:
- Answering calls, chats, and emails from clients
- Reaching out to clients
- Providing training to clients on Zoom
- Reporting to the team on potential issues or bugs that clients have mentioned
- Encouraging the adoption of the software and promoting its use
