This person will join the Data Cybersecurity team to lead and enhance Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives. The role focuses on protecting sensitive information across global environments by designing and implementing robust strategies, ensuring compliance, and strengthening data protection capabilities through advanced technologies and governance practices.
Main Activities:
• Define and support the enterprise DLP strategy and roadmap;
• Establish end-to-end data protection architecture across cloud, SaaS, endpoints, and network layers;
• Act as subject matter expert and advisor for cybersecurity leadership;
• Collaborate in the deployment and optimization of Microsoft Purview and Netskope DLP solutions;
• Develop and enhance detection rules for sensitive data such as PII, financial, and industrial data;
• Support and lead incident analysis and response related to data leakage scenarios;
• Contribute to governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance initiatives;
• Drive automation, analytics, and AI adoption to improve DLP effectiveness and scalability.
Requirements
We expect you to have:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection;
• Experience with Netskope DLP or SSE platforms;
• Understanding of data classification and labeling strategies;
• Knowledge of structured and unstructured data protection techniques;
• Familiarity with detection technologies such as EDM, OCR, ML, and fingerprinting.
• Bachelor’s degree completed in a technology-related field or equivalent;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Availability to work onsite in Betim (MG), Brazil.
It will be considered a plus if you have:
• Experience in global and regulated environments;
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations;
• Experience with automation and AI-driven cybersecurity solutions;
• Ability to define KPIs for cybersecurity performance tracking.
