Description and Responsibilities
Respond promptly to video and audio interpretation sessions, conducting each interaction in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide accurate concepts and meanings according to established interpretation standards, avoiding omissions or additions.
Communicate clearly in both languages, always using proper pronunciation, titles, and polite expressions.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during video and audio interpretation sessions at all times.
Act with impartiality and sound judgment during interpretation sessions across different segments and situations, without demonstrating prejudice or personal opinions.
Follow customer instructions, standards, and terminology guidelines to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.
Requirements
Minimum age of 18 years
Complete high school education
Native or fluent English and native Portuguese
Desirable experience in areas related to the English language, such as teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation
Must live in São Paulo/SP (within 35 km of TP Lapa campus) or Rio Grande do Norte (Natal or Parnamirim)
Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload (verified by speed test)
Internet service must be wired (cable or fiber); satellite internet is not allowed
