    The person will join the global Vulnerability Management team, focusing on emergency vulnerability response across corporate IT, cloud, internet-facing assets, network devices, and applications. This role combines technical assessment with operational coordination, supporting rapid evaluation, prioritization, and remediation of critical vulnerabilities, including zero-day threats and high-impact security advisories.

    Main Activities:

    • Assess vulnerabilities, threats, and advisories to determine business impact and response actions;

    • Evaluate severity, exploitability, exposure, affected assets, and associated risks;

    • Coordinate remediation efforts with technical teams and service owners, monitoring progress;

    • Manage emergency response processes, including escalation and coordination of critical situations when required;

    • Identify, analyze, and track vulnerabilities in internet-facing assets using specialized tools;

    • Utilize threat intelligence sources to support prioritization and response decisions;

    • Operate and maintain vulnerability workflows within ServiceNow Vulnerability Response;

    • Develop reports and track KPIs related to vulnerability exposure, remediation, and risk trends.

    Requirements

    We expect you to have:

    • Solid understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle and processes;

    • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to critical vulnerabilities and threat mitigation;

    • Experience with enterprise tools for vulnerability tracking and workflow management, including ServiceNow;

    • Familiarity with threat intelligence sources such as vendor advisories, CVE databases, and security bulletins;

    • Knowledge of IT environments including network, cloud, applications, and infrastructure;

    • Bachelor’s degree completed in a technology-related field or equivalent;

    • Advanced English proficiency;

    • Availability to work onsite in Betim (MG), Brazil.

    It will be considered a plus if you have:

    • Experience with External Attack Surface Management tools;

    • Knowledge of KPI development and reporting for cybersecurity metrics;

    • Familiarity with global and distributed cybersecurity operations;

    • Understanding of remediation coordination across multiple technical domains.
