    The position will support the design and implementation of cybersecurity architecture for solutions involving Artificial Intelligence, ensuring the protection of data, models, and applications. This role will be key in defining technical standards and security best practices for modern environments, working closely with technology and innovation teams.

    Main activities:

    • Define and drive enterprise AI cybersecurity strategy aligned with business priorities;

    • Design secure architectures for AI/ML platforms, generative AI, and AI-driven applications;

    • Develop and maintain AI security standards, patterns, and reference architectures;

    • Embed security controls across the full AI lifecycle including data, training, deployment, and monitoring;

    • Conduct AI threat modeling and risk assessments for scenarios such as prompt injection and adversarial attacks;

    • Establish governance frameworks, policies, and ethical AI security practices;

    • Define monitoring and detection strategies for AI-related risks and integrate them into security tools;

    • Act as trusted advisor to business, AI, and engineering stakeholders.

    Requirements

    We expect you to have:

    • Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent);

    • Advanced English proficiency;

    • Knowledge of cybersecurity architecture across cloud, data, application, and identity domains;

    • Understanding of AI/ML concepts including generative AI and model lifecycle;

    • Knowledge of AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, adversarial ML, and data poisoning;

    • Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or Zero Trust.

    • Availability for on-site work in Betim (MG).

    It will be considered a plus if you have:

    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and AI services;

    • Ability to translate technical risks into business impact;

    • Experience influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
