# I paid for a tool and it didn't unlock

The tool unlocks automatically when the payment is confirmed: for Pix, when the bank confirms; for card payments, when the bank approves, in a few seconds. You don't need to do anything else.

## Check the order

1. Go to [Settings](https://www.empregare.com/pt-br/candidato/configuracoes) > **Orders and Credits** > **View**.
2. In **Orders and Payments**, check the order status, payment method, and invoice.

## Pix

- Pay the code from the order itself. The Pix code sent by email is valid for 1 day.
- If the order is still pending after payment, wait a few minutes and open the tool again.

## Credits

If you bought a package, the credits stay in your account, do not expire, and there is no automatic charge.

Open a ticket on the [support page](https://www.empregare.com/pt-br/suporte/novo) with your payment receipt and account email.
